Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Contact Asolo USA at 877-888-8533 option #3, or asolo@asolo-usa.com to receive an RMA number. Footwear can only be exchanged

 or returned as long as they are in resalable condition (not worn outside) and purchased within 90 days. 

  1. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, an email with the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • RMA Number
    • E-mail address
    • When, where and by whom the purchase was made
    • Reason for the return
    • Purchase price of the item(s)
    • Shop Employee Sale yes/no?
  2. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  3. Insure the package for your protection, retain tracking number, reference the RMA number on the outside of the box.
