Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Contact  asolo@asolo-usa.com to receive an RMA number. Footwear can only be exchanged

 or returned as long as they are in resalable condition (not worn outside) and purchased within 90 days. 

  1. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, an email with the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • Reason for the return
    • Shop Employee Sale yes/no?
  2. Insure the package for your protection, retain tracking number, reference the RMA number on the outside of the box. 
  3. Since we do not retain credit card information please process a new order for exchanging a purchase.
