1. FIRE AND ICE SKATING

  

Location: Arrowhead Provincial Park, Ontario (Canada)

If you love ice skating, Ontario could be your best location for Valentine’s Day: in Arrowhead Provincial Park you can glide across the ice after dark accompanied by flickering torchlights. Even better, the intimate width of these trails makes them perfect for skating hand-in-hand with your partner.

By going across the Ice Skating Trail you can experience the magic of winter Muskoka forest in winter by firelight of the 200 tiki torches and two blazing bonfires you will find around the track. 2. WINTER PIC-NIC ON THE LAKE

Starting from November, the Crater Lake National Park, located in Southern Oregon, becomes a winter wonderland, with its snow-capped peaks and evergreen forests. The park offers a variety of activities to enjoy: snowshoeing in high-elevation trails, which are usually not accessible in summer months, skiing or sledding.

After have explored the park, you can stop at one of the pic-nic areas within the park: bring with you an insulated outdoor blanket, thermoses of steaming cider, hearty soup or your partner’s favorite food and enjoy a cold but cozy pic-nic together.

3. SKI AND RELAX IN THE MOUNTAINS
